The terrace of the Hotel Valadier posed a threefold challenge:

— comfort for the guests

— user-friendly and practical opening and closing systems

— aesthetics and design

To allow the terrace - which has one of the most beautiful views in Rome - to be used around the year, in all the seasons, a fully-opening vertical awning in micro-perforated screen was added to the roof.

The curtain runs on a curved rail, which gives movement and originality to the environment. The drapes also feature transparent polycarbonate windows that make for a distinctive design element when the curtain is closed, giving that extra character to the space.
